Service Agreements
Marston Technical Service, Inc. offers two different types of service contracts on the instruments we service.
Our Total Service Agreement provides repair service and scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with the Marston Technical Service Preventive Maintenance ("PM") Checklists, including replacing certain components as outlined on Marston Technical Service PM Checklists. It also provides for the replacement of parts which fail in normal operation. This service will be provided during Marston Technical Service's normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., except holidays. Subject to Terms & Conditions.
Our Preventive Maintenance Agreement provides a scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with the Marston Technical Service Preventive Maintenance ("PM") Checklists, including replacing certain components as outlined on Marston Technical Service PM Checklists. This service will be provided during Marston Technical Service's normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., except holidays. Marston Technical Service will replace all other parts ONLY upon prior authorization and issuance of a purchase order from the Customer. Parts will be provided at then current list prices. Service not provided under this agreement will be available at our current hourly rates. Should our rates increase during the effective dates of the agreement, the original rates, as outlined in the agreement, would be honored for the term of the contract.
