Marston Technical Service, Inc. offers two different types of service contracts on the instruments we service.
Our
Total Service Agreement provides repair service and scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with the Marston Technical Service Preventive Maintenance ("PM") Checklists, including replacing certain components as outlined on Marston Technical Service PM Checklists. It also provides for the replacement of parts which fail in normal operation. This service will be provided during Marston Technical Service's normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., except holidays. Subject to
